    We provide a one-year labor warranty on our work. Additionally, CertainTeed products come with a 50-year manufacturer's warranty for added peace of mind.

  • What qualifies as an emergency service?

    We consider roof leaks, structural damage, broken windows, and other storm-related hazards emergencies requiring immediate attention. 

  • How quickly can you respond to an emergency call?

    We aim to respond within hours of your call or text, depending on weather conditions and location. 

  • Do you offer 24/7 emergency services?

    Yes, we provide emergency services around the clock to ensure your property is safe and secure.

  • What should I do immediately after storm damage?

    Ensure your safety, avoid damaged areas, and contact us right away. We’ll guide you through the next steps. 

  • Will you work with my insurance company?

    Absolutely. We assist with documentation, damage assessments, and direct communication with your insurer.
